then u have to focus chakra in ur stomach and think of hot things then u have to release the chakra all at once through ur mouth.
u can also use waterball jutsu like this.

well u can just put them like me...-takes of my cloak to reveal weights all over my my body- ...it makes it pretty much impossible to move at the beginning but if u dont die ur speed will increase greatly and ur strenght as well...right now im wearing 4000 pound weights on my whole body...-puts my cloak back on-
